We are currently seeking multiple call center operators to join our team. As a call center operator, your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls from customers, address their inquiries and concerns, and provide assistance as needed. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be able to remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

    Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner

    Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

    Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers

    Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

    Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

    Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

    Go the extra mile to engage customers

    Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team targets and goals

    Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficient in computer applications and CRM systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a call center representative
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
