Position Overview:
The Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design projects for residential and commercial clients. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of aesthetics, and the ability to manage projects from initial consultation to final installation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to discuss their design needs, preferences, and budget.
• Develop and present design concepts, including mood boards, color schemes, and furniture layouts.
• Create detailed drawings and renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
• Select and source furniture, fabrics, lighting, and accessories that align with the design vision and client’s preferences.
• Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of design plans.
• Oversee the installation of design elements and ensure the project is completed to the highest standards.
• Stay current with industry trends, materials, and products.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial arrangements.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.

3 years experience and a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
