Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate our clients' target audiences. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a deep understanding of design principles and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and create visual concepts for a variety of media, including print, digital, and social platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to design and produce compelling graphics for promotional materials, websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces.
• Produce drafts for review and make revisions based on feedback.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and software.
• Work with external printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production and delivery of printed materials.
• Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of printing processes and specifications is a plus.

2 years experience and a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
