Job Description

As a Data Analyst at AnalyticaPro, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing large datasets to extract meaningful insights that support our clients' business objectives. You will work closely with our data science team to develop and implement data strategies, generate reports, and provide recommendations based on your findings. This position requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection & Cleaning: Acquire, clean, and ensure the accuracy of data from various internal and external sources.
• Data Analysis: Utilize SQL, Python, and statistical methods to analyze datasets, identifying trends, anomalies, and patterns.
• Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize data insights for management and stakeholders.
• Business Insights: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to provide data-driven recommendations that enhance decision-making processes.
• Database Management: Maintain and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our data analytics processes and methodologies.

• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MySQL/Oracle and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment and collaborate across departments.

2 years experience + Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
