The DevOps Engineer is responsible for ensuring IP and security compliance across our IT infrastructure while playing a key role in developing our cloud systems and IoT. This position involves automating workstation and server deployment to maintain secure and compliant setups, establishing CI/CD pipelines for reliable code deployment, and building and maintaining cloud infrastructure components, including databases, APIs, and front-end systems. The engineer will also continuously seek improvements in our development processes to enhance overall efficiency and security.


What will you be doing with us?

  • Automate the deployment of workstations, servers and containers.
  • Ensure all systems meet security, availability and compliance standards.
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to code quality by driving the adoption of best development practices.
  • Ensure employment practices align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure, including database management and API development.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze and resolve issues across software systems and infrastructure.


What should you know or have?

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the Linux operating system.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, including expertise in database replication.
  • Experience in automating deployment of systems to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.
  • Deep understanding of security best practices, especially in the context of database setup and management.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices to ensure smooth and reliable code deployments.
  • Understanding of cloud networking and VPN setups.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, etc).
  • Automation skills, including configuration management and scripting (e.g., Shell, , Makefile).
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
